Adverse Weather Arrangements
The event will be cancelled if the following warning signals are in force two hours before the scheduled start time, as announced by the Hong Kong Observatory:
Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3
Any Rainstorm Warning Signal
If a Thunderstorm Warning is in force two hours before the scheduled start time and is expected to affect the race course area, the event will be delayed until the warning is lifted. If conditions continue to deteriorate, the Race Director reserves the right to cancel the event.
If the event is cancelled due to inclement weather or other force majeure circumstances, there will be no full refund, rerun, or postponement.
